- So we went to Orangi town, Karachi in the evening this time and tried a different variety of street food, including famous Bihari kababs, Biryani, Jhatpatt, Chicken Patiala and Chicken Do Pyaza...
Bihari Kabab is thin strips of beef marinated in a spicy homemade masala and finished off with coal smoke.

What an amazing video. Your conversation with the older gentleman unexpectedly turned this delicious food video into a beautiful and emotional story of a patriotic pakistani. So glad that you did not add any music etc in the background while he was speaking. Hearing him speak about his family's sacrifices and his gratitude for the country that came as a result of those sacrifices was remarkable to hear.

Malir ka bilkul alag hi mahool hai aur jaisy ho gulestan dakhil hn tu lagta hai flats ki dunya mein agaye hn phr agay north karachi , nazimabad, north Nazimabad phr mangopeer phr Korangi landhi aur shair ky akhri konay steel town aur Gulshan e hadeed in sab illaqu ki infaradiat hai jo mehsoos ki jasakti hai.
@@syed_taha_ahmed you can tell what area someone is from by their accent and dressing. People from different areas have different style and mindset. A lot of people from Malir, Landhi, Orangi hardly ever visit areas like Gulshan, Jauher, DHA etc because all their relatives live within their area or/and they don't need to go to other areas for anything.

Chicken Do Piyaza is one the most common fav dish in Bangladesh & that Jhatpat is known as Jhalmuri/Ciravaja in Bangladesh.! Great to see all those Bengalis & Bihari people representing their foods

Jhatpat is known as Jhalmuri here in Calcutta/Kolkata and Chicken 🐔🍗 Doh pyaza and Bihari kebabs are very famous and widely available dishes across Calcutta as Kolkata is not purely a Bengali city because it have lots of population from other states of the subcontinent especially from neighbouring Bihar and Eastern Uttar Pradesh since British colonial times.
