The reason HIkaru lost to Hikaru bot is because the bot moves very quickly, causing you to feel rushed and play quickly as well, and make mistakes. Once he took his time, he won.
Yeah, that's true of all computers. That's one reason I don't play against computers any more. I always feel rushed.
he only lost once tho, and thats cause of a blunder in the endgame. Or did he chalenge hikaru bot again that im not aware of?

Move 11: If she takes on d5, I'm sure the KI would have taken the Knight back with the queen so that Alex could have pinned the queen with Bc4. There would have been the Botez Gambit. Sadly Alex just play it on her own, but doesn't let the enemy do it :/

Plot twist: It's an advanced bot from the future when Andrea's game will be even more sophisticated.
The bot plays without blunders. That's the essence of being rated lower than 2500. It's moves are not very deep strategically but if it makes 0 blunders it's playing to a strength of 2400 hundred or so.
That explains why she had such a hard time against it. Its hard to program AI to sporadically blunder as to not look dumb or forced.
I don't understand why the system just doesn't use they're most played moves, they have a huge database of games. Even if there's a new move it would at least give a believable skeleton

@@wsemenske this can be managed with a machine learning technique called “reinforcement learning”, but it require thousands of matches (of the same person).

I only play the computer. It sucks when your opponent misses nothing. What's funny is when it plays you hard, but because you're only on level 1000 or whatever, it intentionally stops an attack. So it will fork your rook and queen with the knight, then not take either of them. It's almost like the computer is mocking you. "Ha, I could have taken those, but since you suck I'll back off". I guess they don't know how to just make the computer make blunders.
Agreed, i blunder alot against bot rated 1000 and it often move their piece one square before my hanging piece. Sometime i'm getting insulted by those move

I wish chess.com would allow us to play rated games again with the bots with this new addition!! I love playing the bots..
Watch her other videos where 1000 rated real people play chess. They are hanging pieces, miss captures and simple mates in one like crazy
@@milannesic5718 The computer 1000 is different than real people 1000. I'm around 1000 and people are pretty solid at that level, rarely getting mated in a few moves unless it's some high-level attack beyond the typical queen/bishop nonsense. The computer 1000 is much easier than a person. I can beat the 1700 computer on occasion, I doubt I could beat any real player at 1700.

What do you all think about Nxd7 fork instead of Kxg2 (3rd game 17th move, at 8:51). After Kxg2 black plays Nc5 so that fork is not an option anymore, but at move 17 if black takes the knight, Kxg2 is still an option.

I'm around 1200 and can't beat the 1200 bot at bullet, but when I slow the game down, I can beat it.

Botez Bot is not even close to being only 2100. I had it play against the 2450 bot listed ("Alexander Bot") and she just checkmated him.

Even Magnus Carlsen is not able beat his 13 years bots from the Magnus Carlsen app. Bots are much harder to beat even impossible.

Hey, since your hair is in inspiration of the The Queen's Gambit. You should ask chess.com to Botez bot play the Botez Gambit once every 10 or 15 games. But with a catch: Bullet Botez had so much caffeine that she is laser focused and plays with a the difficulty of Chess.com engine level 10. This would be fun and add an inside joke that all of us will know well and enjoy. Thanx for taking the time to read this suggestion.
All the bots have a bit of flavour, but none of them actually play like the person. Their pretty phoned in, if they wanted people to be really impressed they should of made the bot go from the charecters database, and work within the realms of what their most likely move would be.
Which they have a lot of games played, in the same position or similar position what would she play usually.
