I cut my hair using your video yesterday. It was very difficult to accomplish by myself. It took me two hours! However, you explained everything very well and your instructions are easy to understand and I think they are also easy to follow - as long as you have a friend/family member to do it for you. My hair is very thick and although the end result was a bit different, I'm still happy about it - maybe because of the forgiving thick hair ;) I decided to cut my hair out of desperation (i.e. Covid-19 hairdresser crisis), I'd do it again but if you have anybody you can ask to do it for you - I highly recommend it. I’d love to see a traditional Mullet. Classic achy breaky Billy Ray Cyrus circa 1993 mullet. Seems like a uniform cut on top but curious how you’d interpret it.

Hey Matt, I have a Question about Storing Shears in a Leather Case I just received my first pair of Mizutani scissors. I got the Black-Smith Matelite-Q Quicksilver. I have been using Butter Cut for years and always store All my shears in a Leather Case. The Care instructions that came with my new Mizutani says Not to store them in a leather case. Why? They do come in the pretty cool leather holster. Why would storing them in a leather case be a bad thing? And Does this go for all Brands of shears? Thanks.

Omg!!! Here's a professional who REALLY understands hair, texture, movement etc. Most hairdressers are only good for trimming and calling it a CUT and blowdry!!!
