I had an Aussie, his name was Charly, for almost 15 years until he passed away last April. They are the sweetest, funniest dogs ever! Thanks for posting these videos, they make me smile.
I was livw in dog sitter. I looked after 5 aussies. The 2 mating dogs had puppies, the owner gave me one a red merle which I called her Cherry. That was over 20 years ago. Didn't have another dog after cherry passed but would love to own another aussie someday as they are so easy to train and loyal.
@@gabriela3430 mini Aussies don’t get that big. Females grow up to 30lbs males grow up to 40lbs. They shed their coat twice a year, winter and spring. If you brush them every day or every other day, you won’t find too much hair anywhere.
@@BlueyHeelerluvsBeatles4ever wait help me, I have bought so many undercoat brushes for my Aussie, I brush him everyday in the morning and a bit at night, with a cat comb just to massage him, but am I not pressing hard enough? He is getting tangles and fur eveywhere! I don't wanna hurt him, any brush brand that will 100% brush them with undercoat?
@@gabriela3430 sorry I’m responding so late. Aussies are a healthy breed. When they’re older, they’re prone to hip dysplasia. Sometimes they might go death/blind. But overall they’re healthy
These are really good dogs. But before you get one know that they require lots of time. They need a job to keep them busy or they will get into trouble. They love to please though.
