I follow Devon on RUclips and I have always wondered about his life. It saddens me that he started his life with abuse and neglect. My father, too, was an artist. But his fav medium was pottery! He was head is the Secondary Art Dept. in our school system for over 30 yrs. What a wonderful heartwarming story. My 20 year old grandson is an artist too, it was his life, he drew on the way to school, at school, every afternoon into the evening, then he just sort of stopped. Thankfully his Mom told me he’s starting to draw again.

Been watching for some time now. So happy that you are getting the recognition that you deserve. And how you didn’t let your past define you. So much talent. It’s amazing.
In life there are times you think this person really deserves every break and success they get. Those sort of people that dedicate everything to their passion and doing something they love. Some make it. Regrettably, not all of them do make it. This is one guy that truly deserves everything. Such a horrible past and a lovely grand mother that supported him at such as early age made him blossom into one of the most talented artists of today. His work is absolutely mind blowing. Moreover, he changes lives. He doesn’t just do it because he loves what he does. He does it to see their reaction. That’s an incredible feeling and so rewarding. Life changing in fact and you can see it has changed his life. The money is just a bonus.
I’m so happy to see such a lovely person rewarded in this awful world of seeing horrible people often making it. Particularly those in positions of power.
Forget those crap artists like Bansky. That’s easy art that’s anyone can duplicate.
