But can we talk about how anime it is that Den and Ivan start off horribly failing to work together, try and copy the successful pair and soul resonate, fail, and then have an anime moment where they are in perfect sync so they can start learning their lesson on teamwork even though they lose the practice match, straight up first episode vibes

The pure terror and chaos in Christian’s earrape when the soul resonance happened was priceless
I love how Christian and Chili were so powerful that Christian became 2 barrels of the Death Cannon instead of one.
Curt just has so much fun, and the jokes are always hilarious. You guys are fantastic!

Ah, yes, Animorphs.
Specifically the book where a girl gets chopped in half and split into two personalities. One of these personalities gets her arm sliced off, only to beat the offender to death with said severed limb.

Screw the Dual wield curriculum. Can we talk about how OP and overkill if Den and Christian being both weapons and partners to each other? All they have to do is tag in and out of weapon forms mid fight lol
Yeah, we see brief moments of the Thompson sisters wielding each other so it is possible I think
okay but when liz and patty do that to avoid getting hit, i absolutely love it. idk if two weapons can resonate with each other without a meister which is of course would be even more OP if possible.
@@jeanaaa2869 they can’t if I remember correctly, not everyone can be a Meister to start with, doesn’t mean they can’t fight though, since high level Weapons/Meisters can fight 1v1 to some extent

This has to be one of my most favorite scenarios ever. Not only is Soul Eater one of my favorite animes, but the character designs for everyone were spot on along with the background music. The game itself was a perfect idea for resonating with each other and brought all the flavor together. Just full on chef's kiss with this one you guys. Amazing amazing job!
Ivan said 'Is this Animorphs' and I was INSTANTLY consumed with desire for an Animorphs episode, it would be HILARIOUS
The one time Ivan and Den fail together, but got along. Failed successfully!
I want to give a big hug to the animator for drawing Curt as Death bc they were my freaking favorite character in Soul eater and seeing them with Curtis hat and such made me lost it-

Just gonna go out and say it, I enjoy thr combo of chilly and Christian alot. Chilly's energy and Christians humor/charisma just make for the funniest things to me.

As a long time fan of Soul Eater (watched the anime more the 5 times, read the manga twice) this made me ao happy! I even sang along to the character theme songs!
I love how Chilly is using a gun even tho she's dressed as Maka who uses a scythe. And the other guy (forgot his name sorry) is using a knife even tho he's dressed as Death the Kid who uses a gun!

So, I looked up Soul Eater before this video just to refresh myself on soul Eater, and I have just now learned that Fire Force and Soul Eater are canonically in the same universe. WHO WAS GOING TO TELL ME THIS?
And thus the spinoff season of Soul Eater started with Chilly and Christian as the protagonists, battling monsters and witches.

So I tried to look back on when chilly and Christian were paired up as a duo team. But I couldn’t remember anytime they did work together. Anytime they did it was with two of the others.

Hey, 6 months late, but I really, REALLY liked the connecting shot at the end. It was thrilling and funny, as sounds went in perfect harmony with the animation. Chris is always funny, and everyone else is too.
I really want more of this! I freaking love Soul Eater!
Edit: Seeing as how Den and Ivan don't get along at all in these scenarios, it makes sense they wouldn't work well as a weapon and meister paring.
I wonder how they did this even I understood basically nothing but still had fun watching this

Yo deadass this was Amazing! Loved Everyone in this, but the Contrast of Team Gun completely made this for me, and Chilly being really into it made it extra Fun. The System established for this one really is in line with Soul Eater, and I hope ya build on this if at some point ya do it again, like both teams facing a Kishin! 10/10!!!
