THANK you! On another site I could not figure out how to "squeeze the filter while filtering " without making a mess in the pitcher. LOL I just got a new larger pitcher. Never had an issue with my old pitcher system. thanks again as even "burping" one filter did not work!

I can’t get the fill area out of my zero water as it seems like it’s suctioned on

I used to use my zero water pitcher all the time, but all the time, inevitably, even with a brand new filter, it only ends up filtering like 4 cups and then the tank sits more than half empty, ill have to try this, but even in the past when I found a fix it inevitably does it again. Sorry for the run on sentence lol.
