This is my Midget (Under 15) boys team offense, which is a 1 practice, 1 game a week community basketball league team. It works very well for teams with good drivers and some solid outside shooters. The offense has all the good basic fundamentals... screen and roll, off-ball cuts, reversals... and it only takes a few practices to get it running. That said.. there is a lot of variations you can use on this 'platform', including pick & pop, slip (reject) screens, down (curl) screens on reversals, high-low passes, kick-out passes, etc. The roller can post-up on miss-matches as well.
Like all offences, spacing is key... as well as is PACE. Wing guards need to get a bit lower and wider... right at sideline to open up space for the pick & roll or pop action. Good job pointing out where the players start off to high (bad angle)... which makes it much easier for weakside defensive help to crowd the paint.
Players need to move at speed and be able to drive and kick it out for a reversal. Sometimes players who are new to this offense tend to get stuck holding the ball after the first pass or screen and forgetting about the weakside/continuity motion of the offense in the first few games.
Most defenses tend to sag back to the paint and duck under screens to try to disrupt the drives and roll action. Your players will need to be able and ready to hit some outside shots to capitalize on the collapsed defense... baseline corners will have a lot of open looks for jump-shots.

Glad you like it. Very simple offense but requires great execution off the pick and roll. Check out the drills for this offense here: blog.coachbase.com/6-ball-screen-continuity-offense-20-offense-drills-by-team-usa-don-showalter-with-animations/

It looks like on that first clip the defense was in a zone. I can see this being used with a zone as well.

Yes, if you have solid range shooters in both guards and forwards... run some pick & shots (guards) or pick & pops (forwards) off the screens to generate points from collapsing defenses.
