Incredible movie. I have just watched it on a TV station in Australia. Heartbreaking what these young children went through. They all helped each other in some way. Fanny is a real hero, she looked after them and led them. Heartwarming ending.
Ah! Lovely Film! I've watched it with my class, and everyone always stared at me when Victor came on screen. Truly a heart-warming story.
I remember this movie! Me and my class went out to see it! It's amazing and heartbreaking, I love it!

The end with Diane and the little girl Rachel is absolutely heartbreaking for a few moments, but it ends on a happy note thankfully

I met the real fanny and i have to say she's an amazing and inspiring woman, she's so smart and strong and it's so heartbreaking that she and so many children had to go through that.

Children live in a world of giants who don't care what they want or think. Kids have to be smart and use skill and imagination to survive. I really enjoyed this movie.

Maryam - Master of Movement they don’t. Thank god, all of them got to Switzerland safe, even tho it was a tough journey. This movie gave me a lot of anxiety lol

This was such a good movie!! Super recommend if you are looking for something similar to The Boy in The stripped Pajamas, this is it.

Wait was the older girl who was 16, German? I was kinda confused on that
astovia Same ... I watched it today and I’m also confused. I think she is German I mean, when she speaks French, she kinda talks slow and also she has spoken German. I think that’s why she fake that she was mute so people won’t know she is German, but again idk I’m confused lol
@@Naabeeh04943 I think the reason the 17 year old has to pretend to be mute is because of her German accent. It doesn't make sense for the rest of the children to be French and then one to be German
@@strugglingcollegestudent I watched this last night hopefully I remember it correctly. She was looking after the younger girl Rachel. Something like an au pair when Rachel's parents were taken and the father told her to protect their daughter. She pretended to be mute so they could pass as sisters but they were not actual sisters.
