You can't & shouldn't do it. They want to see your real face & entire body (they mention "must be shot with the 'default camera' without using any filters"). Also, they ask you for "unedited live videos" (don't alter or edit your voice or anything in your videos ie. using filters or effects etc). Plus, avoid shooting at dark places, with echoes & loud noises.
I don’t think they will accept you, but wait until you turn 18 and after the operations you can try it on other auditions, not every company etc. accept only 16 or 14 y.o for example
For auditions, usually NO for flight tickets. It's impossible for them to cover the high costs of all flight tickets for thousands of people who come for auditions except for your accommodation & meals when you're already being one of their contestants (participants).
