Like the video, tonight I took my BMW pannier frame work off, to do something and bloody hell what a performance. I do like that system that you can just unclip them, it looked easier then making a cup of tea.
Thanks , the side cases and internal bags worked a treat on a mini tour last week of the Normandy Landing beaches . Always an argument hard or soft …. For me it’s hard all the time , but I don’t do off road 😁

Just having lunch with my wife, aka The Boss, she says it's fine. She's 5'6. Only issue possibly is with the top case fitted and swinging the leg over it!

Hi you have to get an adapter plate that connects the top case mounting bracket to the GS . Great kit . Just loading the bike up for a 4 day trip to Wales UK with me and my wife .
Hi, apologies for the late response to busy avoiding thunderstorms around Europe this week at work !! cases are 45 litres left, 37 litres right. not cheap but good gear. 👍
They are great cases. Yes I have the BMW GS Rallye screen, its fine but you do get buffet. Ive done nearly 600 miles in a day with it and yes there's buffet but it was ok. More for the looks 🙈

I have the BMW side cases on my 2022 gs Rallye. No complaints , other than price. The silver goes well with the Rallye colors. Prices of all BMW accessories are comical. I buy whatever I need after market.
Aren't these accessories from this brand good? Is it mandatory to buy original accessories? These look even more designer to me. only for the Rally modification?
Im considering these racks for mine, but the thing that puts me off is the great big bolts though the number plate. That look would drive me mad! Wonder if you could mount the plate over the bolts somehow??

I think now I would go soft bags especially if they are lighter .

I suppose you could mount the number after you have put the mounting bracket on . TBH it’s not an issue the bolts and I’ve got OCD!!
Can I ask why you chose the SW Motech over the BMW Vario? Was it simply the case that you already had them from the Africa Twin?
Yes as I already had them from my AT and it’s good stuff. To be honest I don’t really know much about the Vario system . 😊

Bumots here as don't like the offset on the SW boxes but I would prefer removable racking that's a plus for the latter.
The biggest disappointment with the Bumot is that they couldn't make the larger case just a little bit bigger to fit a helmet. :(
