The way fioras nerf works is that it decreases by 1% of max hp per 100 ad. If she gets like 3-400 bonus ad thats a -3-4% nerf per vital. After 4 vitals thats an almost 12% damage nerf. Its quite the nerf.

@@AnToZKrul Im watching hes streams too. Well its hard to proove someone is top 1 because everyone has good and bad days but of all the top laners i know atleast in europe i dont think there is someone that understands laning the way he does and is able to play from behind. Hes most of the time losing all the matchups but through macro he is able to compensate. Its really incredible and this game was one of the most insane games ive ever seen from him.
