How Baus has taken so long to realize that everything about Bausens Law is what Singed does is baffling.
He's always known. He just doesn't like to play singed.
Baus has said multiple times that what he loves about AD Sion is the high risk high reward nature of the fully charged Q. It’s also why he is playing AP Jax and Irelia. Singed is not a champion with that kind of burst.
He prefers champs with burst to fully utilize the Bausens Law, singed aint have none of that

Baus editor (or editors) are really good at what they do, i remember watching a version of this game on another channel and was half as entertaining in the video-making department.
I saw the same video and was initially disappointed it was the same game because the only reason I watch those channels is for more baus.

I REALLY hope he picks Singed up. He seems to be having so much fun! It's like watching a kid in a candy store - Singed's playstyle fits like a glove, and he can even build full damage and movespeed as he tends to enjoy doing!

1 trick baus could utilize when proxying on singed is the W+E combo into a wall when the jungle comes. You W the wall behind you when enemy jg comes into E range and you fling them into it with the wall stopping them mid air. Makes running from ganks much easier against melee jg. Singed flings people over walls only if he stands directly next to the wall and the wall is thin. Very useful trick in team fights aswell.
