Colligium is good but we should think about how this colligium oppointed judge's what are criteria they are canisedring and it's a one side of judgement of supreme court, they will select whom they want .
There should be transparency in judicial , in committee there should be 2-3 representative from other sectors , this should not be like ridle to the normal people.
Existing system of appointing judges is very much correct and legal in a country like India. Any third party involvement in the said committee is likely to create friction. It is the in-house mechanism of internal Departmental function about promotion based on the records of judges and outsider has no role and hence Govt should desist from interfering in the matter. Present Govt is doing wonderful job for the overall development of the nation anx independence of the Judiciary needs to be protected to save democracy because electoral system in the country is still lacking to elect effective representatives due money and muscle power.

There should be transparency in judicial , in committee there should be 2-3 representative from other sectors , this should not be like ridle to the normal people.
Existing system of appointing judges is very much correct and legal in a country like India. Any third party involvement in the said committee is likely to create friction. It is the in-house mechanism of internal Departmental function about promotion based on the records of judges and outsider has no role and hence Govt should desist from interfering in the matter. Present Govt is doing wonderful job for the overall development of the nation anx independence of the Judiciary needs to be protected to save democracy because electoral system in the country is still lacking to elect effective representatives due money and muscle power.
