Thank you! Also if "Access is denied" showed in the screen, find the Command Prompt and right click it, run as administrator. Also, each file that you see, if they have different numbers, each number, unique, end the process, one by one, not each copy, only the original number (e.g 1, 4, 5 ->> not 5,5,5)

Thank you!! I downloaded an online version of premiere pro, and to make it download you had to add it as an administrator. To make a long story short, I regretted downloading it, and uninstalling it didn’t take it away from being an administrator. I got to the Adobe file and it couldn’t be deleted because it said a programme was running. So, used this video and now I’m pretty sure it isn’t an administrator anymore! Thank you SO much honesty you’ve made me a lot less worried about being on my laptop now, knowing that there’s not a company I don’t trust as an administrator

Another simple solution: Go to task manager and end task of the corresponding application. This will solve your problem.
I tried many methods but nothing worked but then i saw this video and it finally worked, thanks it was really helpful.
I clicked "End Process" and everything just went black, i unplugged and plugged and now i can delete useless folder that takes up 15.3GB space.

Wolfy Master i turn on my antivirus thing and it delete it for me
copy url where the file is located in assiociated handles. example C:\Users\JesusFerrer\Downloads. but first remove all files in that folder except the files you want to delete. then you can end process and turn into black screen ctrl alt del. then restart your computer. now you can delete the file
If its not comes up, try to type exact file name. e.g. text.exe. NOT Folder name

This Solution is very easy fix Only (5 Steps)
1:Press (Ctrl+Alt+Delete)
2:Click To (Start Task Manager)
3:And Click to (Processes)
4:In the Example, Right-Click On Any Of Your Files (End Process).
5:Then going to delete your file will delete that file
