Hello how do you know when its the 4th generation pls ? where is it writted ? thanks
That’s great question, The easiest way is to tell by the A50 Base Station.
If you can dock your A50 Wireless Headset to charge, then you have a GEN3 or GEN4.
If you have to connect a USB cable from the transmitter to charge then you have a GEN1 or GEN2.
If the PC - PS4 or PC - Xbox toggle switch is located on the rear of the A50 Base Station near the USB port then you have a GEN4 A50 Wireless Headset.
If it's located on the right side of the A50 Base Station then you have a GEN3 A50 Wireless Headset.
Hey. I have on the leaft ear a buzzer sound all the time when im using the headset. Do u have any solution for this problem? I heard that many people had this problem but, for now, no one has a solution. Thanks!
To be honest, no I haven’t, really sorry you’re having that issue though. Depending on when you purchased, try returning to the retail store. If you’re outside of the return window, head over to the Logitech website and try and file a claim:
