WATCH: Cummings says Cohen seems to be 'crying out' to keep democracy in tact

Closing a House hearing with Michael Cohen, Rep. Elijah Cummings addressed the president former lawyer, expressing a feeling of pain about the proceedings, as well as hope that the country can return to a sense of normalcy. "We're better than that!" he said. "When we're dancing with the angels, the question will be, in 2019, what did we do to keep our democracy in tact?"
