amazing video dude i would just like to tell you that you would probily want to make the base lower down and not show where you dug down cas people saw the biome and what you were around so it is easyer to find and if you use barrels insted ofchests it will be harder for people using pie chart to find your base hope this helped :)

OK, so I'm a bit of a nerd.
I calculated that in a 50,000x50,000 world, there are 2.5 billion surfurface blocks. Since there are only 256 surface blocks in a chunk, and a buried treasure can only spawn on the 9,9 block of a chunk, only 9,765,625 possible 9,9 chunk blocks. HOWEVER I also calculated the possibility of the biome being a beach or snowy beach, the only two biomes that a buried treasure can spawn in, being a 3% a a 0.07% chance respectively, giving us a total of 299,805 possible aces a buried treasure can spawn on. Now after extensive research I could not find the percent of beaches that contain a buried treasure, so I estimate about 60 of beaches have a buried treasure off of personal experience which leaves us with 179,883 chests.
BUT WAIT, can't you only have one chest p/beach? Yes, only one. So with all calculations in place, I estimate a total of 8994 buried treasure chests in the MC world.
