You put the map in environment setup window.

I'm not sure because i don't use FStorm for my workflow.

No you can't..this is based on a feature built into vray/corona. This script doesn't generate clouds.. the title is misleading. It should be "cloud presets". This script is based on the feature of vray/corona sun where you can switch on/off procedural clouds in the sky map. And control density/height,thickness and so on.
This script just has preset values to get different looks of the clouds.. basically it will save few minutes of changing values to get the look you want.
