Regarding Z Broly's transformations:
The blue haired form Is Broly's Super Saiyan when his power was being restrained by Paragus.
Legendary Super Saiyan Is a transformation separate from regular Super Saiyan(wich Z Broly also possesses and he actually retains his pipules while In It).

I read that the restraint form is call Super Saiyan Type - A.
Super Saiyan Type - C is the Super Saiyan form of the Legendary Super Saiyan.
And you know Full Power is Legendary but we all call it the Legendary Super Saiyan.
