Dries does what nobody else does. You see no outside influence from the fashion industry, you see no trends, no commercial appeal, no frivolity...only artistry. I have literally never been disappointed by a Dries show and I am forever surprised that he remain criminally underrated. He's a master of proportion, he can layer circles around Marc Jacobs, he's unsurpassed in his use of print (whether its loud or subtle), he introduces weights that may be bulky under a less skilled hand, colors that may seem less charismatic through someone else's eye, but Dries does it all with a deft ability. The best thing I like about Dries, though, is he doesn't value overt sexuality in his aesthetic....and that more than anything makes a women untouchably sexy. Quiet, confident sexuality. Just saying: that jacket on Daiane Conterato at 4:45 might just be the best piece I've seen all season.

I'm 1000% agree with u. Dries' collection never dissapointed me at all season after season. It is always surprising in somekind of way. He's genius. 👏👏👏👏👏
i mostly agree. i love his clothes though i mostly buy his menswear. however ive definitely been disappointed by collections here n there lol. that one spring collection w the marilyn monroe prints... nahhh
I can see last trends influence... mixing materials / fabrics / prints / colors even styles (sporty/elegant) exactly what are last years trends
This man could retire tomorrow and you.could stoll.wearbevery look from every collection and still look modern. He's a master of his craft .Brilliant as always
EXACTLY: BEAUTIFUL COLLECTIONS EVERY YEAR. Love his style and sense for color, pattern and cut. Would love to own these clothes.
He better not retire, just when you think this was your favorite collection, he will come out with one even better. i wish i was a rich tell skinny black woman, those will look good on white skin, but picture Naomi Campbell with a cheeckbone length bob and tiny bangs she would look amazing.

Dries in my favorite designer, but this show did not convince me so much. But there where a few looks that I really adore!

Very classy, top notch quality. I liked the prints mixed with a streak of metal. Great colour palette too. But a little tiny little bit on the too classic side for me.
