I love the fact that you started with a blind test. We all fall into the trap of thinking that expensive is better, when a lot of the time, that simply isn't true. Thank you for yet another video that is going to be incredibly helpful to people.
Will bookmark this for a later time, but just wanted to say that this is the kinda useful content for beginner/bedroom-producers that i appreciate from Zane! :)
In a Plugin-Alliance promotion period last year, i managed to snag Brainworx Masterdesk, & then upgrade it to Masterdesk True Peak, using completely FREE coupons! Still haven't gotten around to trying them yet, but I hope to soon be able to find the time to play around with them. I assume True Peak to be a big upgrade over Masterdesk Classic. :)
I liked the Landr pro and the master desk, though i thought more clarity/dimension could have been achieved on its master based on what it changed. The ozone suites came out with that digital harshness that i don't like. Nice shootout
I think I liked the Landr Mastering Pro best. It was the only one, to my cloth ears anyway, that retained the grittiness suited to the song. The others seemed to make everything a bit smoother.
Hi I have an issue that I am not able to resolve in waveform. I would play a drum a keyboard pattern on a track and when I play it back it not what I played. How do I resolve that? Thanks Matt,
I haven’t had any issues using the mastering assistant in Waveform or any other program. If you’re using it within your actual mix, it will slow things right down. Mix down your project and then open a new, empty project and use Ozone that way. Remember to put the master fader to 0db instead of the default -3db.
@FondueBrothers forgot to thank you on the comment about the song. It was a fun little project I did for another video. Thank you for watching. Keep creating! 👊👍
I agree kind of. For the elements version you can use the assistant but if you have one of the more full versions there’s no need to even use the assistant. I normally just add the modules the song needs and tweak as needed. For the video I just used the ai assistant to show off more of its capabilities as the way I use it is a little more minimal.
Im not sure what you mean by decoding lyrics. Figuring out what they are? What they mean? If google doesn’t have the lyrics. See if the song is on RUclips and if it is then see if the words have been transcribed. If you’re looking for the meaning of the song then my interpretation could be vastly different than what the artist intended. You would ultimately need to ask the artist what the lyrics mean until that happens you can develop your own interpretation. Or ask ChatGPT what it thinks the meaning of the song is and maybe it nails it. Good luck.
@@AudioTechTV No sir I just want to know what those lyrics are, I am not asking for their meaning. I haven't find lyrics of that particular song anywhere. Please help if you can . Try that song on RUclips you might get some insight.

It's amazing to see how far plug-ins have come, Free or paid. Music is a gift
So True! Thank you for watching. Keep creating! 👊👊👍👍
Thank you I will

The plug-ins at Master the mix are worth a mention.
This was fun. Masterplan is my favorite. It's not 'AI' however, just carefully curated settings.
I now want to go to space in a rocket ship so fast.
@@markmcrory4619 it would be an incredible trip!
Great comparison. I wonder how Ik Multimedia would fair against this as well

You should have included Slate FG-X 2.
I gave up using Ozone elements because it keeps crashing Waveform. Do you have any issues with the mastering assistant?
Love the song BTW.

Mastering assistant in Ozone is not enough. You need to tweak it, someone's i even add another instance of ozone to add to it .

Can we use magix music maker for live performance
Yes you could use it in live performance. Be sure to use an Asio driver and try to get your latency as low as possible.
Thank You
Sir, can you please decode the lyrics of a song name " The gentleman's rock" from Kota factory season 2.
