i also think that what you have as "burning in the wasteland" is actually "abandoning the wasteland"

This song was the soundtrack to my first experience with DMT and it was truly beautiful and encompassing
Always takes me to the ecstatic land of the dead.
Sounds like 3 tracks in one. Clearly my favourite of the new album.
Even those similar to Shpongle, like Ott or Ozric tentacles, don't even get near this. Shpongle's style is very unique and done to perfection. I don't think anyone else gets near, not that i've heard at least.
Ott (or Umberloid Hikikomori) co produced Shpongle with Simon Posford.

This is incredible. I waited so long since Museum of Consciousness to actually listen to this album and it goes hard.
So reminiscent of Divine Moments of Truth!!! What an amazing album is this! Is worth the wait. Great producing, thanks Shpongle.

After an eye opening experience during an acid trip while listening to this song, I have decided that this is the soundtrack to my soul.
It still rings true till today.
The bassline change at 5:33 is what transforms this track to something epic for me.

This is My Favorite Track from Codex VI, Truly Magical and Super Beautiful! A True Shpongle Masterpiece, Simon And Raj Certainly knew what they were doing in the making of this lovely track

What's the origin of the "magumba state", from what culture it comes from? Is it even real?
It's probably just a term they made. Kinda like Shpongleland.

It means tripping balls and it's a term they came up with, it's a state one enters when passing the gates of Shpongleland.
Thought Michele Adamson would feature more on this track. She is hardly nowhere to be seen on this album at all. What ?????
