The person of Jesus is the gospel. I think I know what you are trying to say. When a person responds to the gospel you say should be preached is wonderful, but this person is only kept in truth and grace and saved when Jesus captivated their heart. The true gospel message should captivate our hearts for Jesus, and what you think about as all is only the starting point to what Eric preaches. Because without growing into this simplicity of Jesus, you can't experience the fullness life and grace that are available after you are saved. You experience life and grace after responding to the gospel, but you can only expirience fullness of life and grace if you grow up into the simplicity of only Jesus. As long as you receive satisfaction out of selfish ambition after your salvation you need to be cleansed through the simplicity of Jesus. You can be only free from you to the dargee that you see him, that's what Eric preaches and if you experience it for yourself, you can enjoy his message instead of criticising him. That's not the heart of Jesus.

Shouldn't one seek deliverance from it? 🤔 Isn't there a deliverance for them, because I don't think Jesus meant for them to live this way... And what about someone who doesn't understand that he's mentally ill and won't abide in Jesus?
