Regarding Dancers transition phase spin attacks, this tip maybe helpful of the musician types. I count the spins like I would eight notes. 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and. I count the spins on the beats 1, 2, 3, 4. For the 4 spin transition, Dancers double spin comes out on the 'and' after the 4th beat. So you need to press roll on the 4th beat. Most people probably press roll on 'and' after 3rd beat and get hit. For the 7 spin transition, the attack comes out on second bar 'and' after 3rd beat.
Finally got her, I was doing a few practice runs before I used my embers and got her. I think I got some good RNG with this one but just backing off in the second phase and waiting to get my windows was the most important thing.
Well the most important knowledge I got out of this was that she would spin 6 times during phase transition, which, sure enough, she demonstrated first try by spinning 7 times not counting the final twirl. Then she did it again. The overhead slam in second phase is just undodgeable instant oneshots and the amount of rng required to get a good run is ridiculous imo. The only boss I dislike more than her is probably Manus with his combo in a few ng cycles when every single move of his oneshots you.
the fact that you have to watch a guide such as this to even have a chance at trying to abuse her moveset to make nohit possible because rolling alone wont get you anywhere is some ds2 level of making things unnecessarily hard.
i finally fucking did it the method is when your in phase 2 you can go behind one of the pillars while she is doing the spinning attacks. She wont hit you but don´t stand to close.
This may sound silly and may not work for everyone but i generally lock on bossed and straight up keep walking towards them (left stick always forward ) i don't even have to roll or block. (except the abyss watchers. boy that was hard fight) lol the dancer was the funniest.
I've consistently been 1 hit away from a win for dozens of attempts now, that I just gave up. I don't like that this fight is so RNG based and you can just get screwed with positions. I've had some runs where it just seems stupidly easy, then others where I die the second I zone in. She never circles to my right at the beginning, she often does the untelegraphed back hand that just insta-kills me, my camera view gets blocked when a pillar is behind me when I turn the camera (how is that even a thing?!?!) and every time I was 1 hit away from killing her she's done the purple puddle plunge attack, I roll out, wait for the 2nd being super far away, and roll in once its animation is almost finished and it STILL hits me being waaaaaaaay outside of her hitbox. I also had to give up on using any resins because every single time I'd buff or prep, RNG would be at its worst, so I had to just give up any buffs.

When walking around her grab attacks, I almost always get grabbed, even if I’m a few steps away, it glitches her hand and grabs me.
2 weeks. maybe 35/40hours of gameplay and still can't kill her in phase 2.

I was 1 hit away, dodged crazy combo and the she started new combo😂.
I think game reads that you have low hp and just keeps spamming combos.

Her best move is popping that ass out to distract the player, once you can get over that you should be good, all her other attacks are cake.
TL;DR, she has a zillion of combos which you'll probably not be able to calculate quick enough, and pray you have good RNG.
She has the worst RNG of any boss.
