GTAIV isn't pro-violence. The game didn't end well for Niko. Either Kate or Roman dies and Niko becomes convinced he's cursed to destroy and ruin anyone he cares about.

This isn't a music video technically. It's the last few minutes of a Soviet film called "Igla". The scene is supposed to leave the fate of the hero to the viewer's interpretation. It would make more sense if you watched the entire movie I suppose.
hehe... I think I know why they call it like that. I remember that the rocket has a pretty long spike at the front (probably meant to get stuck into whatever it hit, then blow up) and it makes it look like a huge syringe heh.
@diego8111996 It talks about the blood type. In WW2 when they found you wounded, they needed to know your blood type to give you blood.. So it is basically about the war.

Well, given that Niko had deeply rooted feelings about the war and the things it did to him physically and mentally, the song would fit right in.
One of the best era rock hits from Vladivostok FM. Tsoi, Pugacheva, all the awesome singers of the old days are still brilliant.
