Building out Nix Flakes ❄️ for the OCaml Riot Stack! 🐪 (Part 7)

We've fixed our codependency issues and we start building out flakes for suri-framework (the riot web framework) and serde (a near-port of serde.rs).

With a dozen or so libraries in the Riot stack, we have our work cut out for us! Building nix flakes for every project is going to take some time, but by the end of it, I'm hoping the reproducible builds and ability to opt out of opam will be worth it! It was also a great way for me to learn nix by repetition.
