What Really Happened On The Hurricane At The Wild Rose Carnival

Today, we explored the accident that was the hurricane. A ride that had been experiencing issues ever since May of 2023 and was not being properly maintained by the wild rose carnival. This led to two people being injured on the ride in June of 2023. This accident could've very well become fatal and was the fault of both the carnival and the Alberta government. Good video! I just did a recording of The Hurricane At the Wild Rose Carnival. Even though it is supposed to spin and go up and down, it just went around in circles at a stationary height. You could hear the air release and the noise it makes to make the ride go up and down, but it did nothing. So perhaps, something else is going on with the ride.
