It is Jawa who had to improve their poor built quality and I hope they did with the Bobber. Can't say anything about Bajaj Triumph as of now.

Tyre is tubeless brother, but the wheel is spoke. If you wish go alloy wheel, then no need to change tube & tyre. Tubeless can be be done with these tubes.

No.. But aap aftermarket pillion set kar skte h .. but isn’t safe because of the suspension.
Again ground clearance will be an issue. Puncture in the rear tire will be a challenge as no main stand.

the tyre they are using is tubeless but they inserted a tube because of spoke wheels,same thing happened with perak
