Sir, why we use bore gauge insted of inside micrometer,infact both of least count is 1 micron..sir please suggest a technical answer.
First of all inside micrometer is limited to depth of bore on the other hand bore gauge has long Dial Mounting Bar with anvil.
And second after setting bore gauge use can measure identical no. of parts quickly and accurately with bore gauge on the other hand with micrometer we have to open and close it every time for checking bore and also it may give you non precise readings due to non identical pressure using during measurement and it is also time consuming. So to get accurate measurement during production we use bore gauge

Product Audit me hum Step by step means process wise part ko inspect karte h product jese jese bnta h harek operation me
or layout audit me hum finished part check krte h finished/final drawing ke sath
First of all Layout audit nhi hai blki ek type ki inspection h jisme final product/ part ko design record (ballooning drawing) K according sabhi dimensions, functional test , physical test etc. Ki inspection krte h.
Lekin product audit ko Internal Auditor ke dwara as per plan Control plan k according incoming se Dispatch tk jitne v process h un sabki audit krte h.
