Looked at homes in Solivita last August, beautiful community, but once you get out of the gates, there is nothing to do and the traffic is crazy! Just got back from looking at The Villages, I'm looking towards moving there. I'm glad to hear Solivita was getting a shopping center.
We visited TV 2 weeks ago for the first time. We fell in love with it. We were close to Brownwood Square in Wildwood. We have no complaints accept being a newbie and learning the wonderful golf cart route. We are planning on moving there. I felt so free there and being African American I felt safe there. People were very kind and helpful.❤🎉very fun place with lots to do and not far away🎉
Ladies, for Ocala Preserve the club buy in is $5,000 & is only on older homes not part of the CDD & the Shea Villas. When selling your home in the areas that had the club fee you do receive a prorated return on that initial Club fee.
Are the restaurants and the town square at On Top of the World open to the public? The one thing I dislike about The Villages.....way too many outsiders and teenagers are at TV townsquares.
Circle Square Commons is open to the public, but On Top of the World does have 'The Pub' which offers private dining for On Top of the World residents only.

Hi there! It varies based on community. Feel free to reach out to us at Hello@Explore55Plus.com if you have a question about a specific community and we can get you the details. :)
Yes, they should have given a ballpark price-range for each new community. Still, they seem on the pricey side for sure and so probably beyond my budget (which is more The Villages..or perhaps OTOW). ;-) ...but I think anything Dell Webb (especially new) is pricier to begin with? -- BR
Good overview. The woman on the right speaks very well and clearly, and gets right to the point. The other one and her sometime younger male sidekick (chiming in annoyingly off camera) not so much. Oh, and the brief, startling music between each development is annoying.

We are looking at Solivita, have not been there yet. I would love to pick you brain about them and the Villages.

Great video! Do they offer rentals in these communities….so you can try before you buy?

Great video but no Del Webb Minneola? Or is that not considered the Orlando area?
I went with my sister to look at the Del Web in Minneola. Lots of charges above the purchase price including bonds.
What's this cost?????

Thanks so much for watching and for the feedback! We will relay this to our team! :)
I'm guessing a portion of your audience doesn't know what a pdf is 😊
