Thank you Henri! You are the one to care. 😉
REAL NICE MUSIC ENJOY IT ALL DAY
Maybe I'm like an ostrich burying my head in the sand, but listening to all the gloom and doom these days, not to mention the perpetual political discord, your channel helps to restore my sanity. The music and the images are a magic potion. Thank-you from the bottom of my heart and keep up the stupendous work!
I so agree with you caspence56, all of the doom and gloom with the discord is more than I can stand. I wish everyone would stop all of the negativity and be positive for just once! I was appalled by the political situation and that members of the senate felt the need to try to add things like solar panels to the current relief package. They need to be run out of office!!!! Thank you for watching the channel and for posting a great comment. 😉
Just the medicine we needed ! Hope you’re all well, and take care!
Glad to hear that the music was medicine for to your soul Luiz. So far we are okay here and I pray the same for you as well.
This musical salve is enjoyed on these monk-like days when I am locked into my cell and fed but little food, thanks to the dwindling supplies at our local grocery. Thanks to Dr. Bob for dispensing such a great tonic to us all!
You are welcome Larry and at midnight today our county has declared that we are unable to travel unless to go to grocery store, pharmacy, hospital or your job if it is still open. We have been fortunate to get groceries delivered as we have a store close by that will do it.
@@pax41 Oh dear...I had not heard that yet. Divorce lawyers and psychologists will be doing a booming business in the near future, I think. But we have your great music to calm our nerves and treat our financial anxiety. Thanks, Bob
@@larryhagemann5548 Tell me about the last statement and I really feel like too many investors went off the deep end. A friend of mine took advantage of the low prices to scoop up what he thought were bargains.
Great music. My mom taught me how to Charleston &like this music. 👍🏻👍🏻❤
Very cool, wish I knew how to do the Charleston.
This channel is absolutely fantastic. Thank you for keeping this music alive
Thank you for the compliment Kerry. Thank you for watching the channel too, much appreciated.
Delightful music. Extremely interesting photos
Putting a smile in my heart
🙂💗❤💕 Glad to hear it! Thank you for watching the channel.
This is great stuff in our locked up situation, without daily sports. Thanks again!
Welcome Hans and stay safe and well. Try to have a great week to my friend. 😉
Thanks for adding some cheer to my day!
Welcome MJ and thank you for watching the channel.
Hi Bob! Your music helps to get one's mind off the current circumstances. You're fortunate to own such a vast collection of musical gems. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to hear them. God bless you! :-)
Neil some of the music comes from my friend Fred's collection too. The two of us have plenty of music to keep all entertained. 🙂 You take care and as always I enjoy hearing from you my friend.
Mejor manera de pasar la cuarentena.
Hi Bob, best wishes to you from Wellington NZ. Just as well we have your lovely music selections coming through, we sorely need them right now. Down here in NZ we are now in total lock down for next 4/5 weeks, I guess we ought count ourselves lucky as NZ is populated by only 5 million persons even though our country is 5,000 sq miles larger than Great Britain, they have 68 million population! Anyway we will prevail I am sure but your music is manna from heaven right now. Thank you again. Best Wishes to you and your family and also to all fellow followers/travellers.
Thank you John and I wish we didn't have so many people around here. Trying to stay safe and well and not go nuts with my wife home all day. I love her to pieces but her job stress level here at the house is through the roof and she isn't too pleasant to be around at times due to the current situation.
Thank you so much for the medicine! It was absolutely delightful. Hope you stay safe and in good health. X
Thanks Bob for Your playlists! Today marks the day I found Your wonderful channel seven years ago. I've heard it since and it brings back memories...seven years and two weeeks later my own 'five foot two eyes of blue' decided to walk this road with me and she still does. Thank You so much for the feelings I had and still have listening to Your music.
Even in such desperate circumstances - it's joyful as ever: It feels like falling in love for me.
Thank You, Robert. Stay positive in every way. Greetings from good ol' Deutschland.
Mike thank you for watching the channel all of these years, very much appreciated. Thank you for the well wishes too and may I extend the same to you as well. 👃😇
Darn it, I've been away from this channel and music for too long! Here to like, comment, and share this mood lifting mix :-):-)
Glad you are back enjoying the music Betty and thank you for the comment and like. 🙂

Quite the toe-tapping selection!
Glad you enjoyed it Spencer. Hope you are doing well too! 🙂
Still washing those dinner dishes to you music Mr. Pax. Thanks and I'll let you dry them next time!
Hi Bob, Just another message of support from New Zealand for you all. We appear to be getting to grips with the virus down here, our complete country lock down seems to be effective at this date and time. I following progress in USA daily so sincerely hope you deal to this mess successfully as well. Take Care, Stay Safe. Kia Kaha (Stay Strong)
Always great to hear from you John and glad things are going well there. So far we have only had 7 deaths in our county from the outbreak. Staying at home and have stained my fence, working on planting my garden (first one in 15 years) and taking online courses too. Thank you for the well wishes John and I pray that you will be safe and well too.
A perfect musical remedy for these gloomy days while being confined to my home. Fortunately, these awesome selections made my day :-)

Thank you so much Bob for this amazing set. We are going stir crazy here in NY and you truly made our day. Again. Thank you for this wonderful channel.
You are most welcome Craig and stay safe there in NYC. I spoke to a friend that lives there yesterday and he told about how strangely empty the city has been. Hope you have others around to help you if needed.
😌💗📻
BOB! You`re The "Medicine Man For The Blues" indeed! THESE ARE AWESOME!
Oh Bobby what a great title, hope you don't mind me using it. Glad you liked them. How are things in Ola Ark? The county here issued an order for all citizens to stay home and only go out for groceries, meds, doctor and if you have to go to work. Violators will be fined $1000 or 180 days in jail. What about there?
I've been listening for a few days. I usually use XM or Serius for my music, but they do not have good selections of old music. I am enjoying all the music and video as well. I am associated with the Model A Ford Club of America (MAFCA) and currently on the national fashion committee for 1928-1931. This music helps set the mood when I'm researching or sewing era garments.I am now subscribed.
Melanie, thank you for watching the channel and glad you are enjoying the selections. Do you have a website for your period garments that you make? Thank you for subscribing to the channel. Make sure that your RUclips settings are set to receive notifications. We are in the middle of moving right now, so that is the reason for no recent uploads.
@@pax41 Currently, I only make items for myself and friends. I used to make and sell Civil War era civilian clothing also. We have a Facebook page, search; Era Fashion Committee MAFCA. Here is a link to our fashion articles from the MAFCA Fashion committee, if anyone is interested; www.mafca.com/ef_articles.html.
Oh My Man ,Nice Compilation And The Interpretations ,Like The Art Landry's Orchestra Was A Great Orchestra. For The Situation You Could Make A Songs Referred To The Ilness As '' St James Infirmary '' , I Don´t Know Another Song
There are a number of songs with the word sick or sickness in the title. Home Sickness Blues, Love Sick, Homesick, Sick With The Blues are some I can think of. You could go with fever too, songs I can think of are High Fever, Spring Fever, Jungle Fever, Love Fever, Swing Fever and a song called Running A Temperature.
This message is for the person that gave this music a negative review. Take a good look in the mirror and try to figure out why you are angry. This fantastic set has nothing to do with it.
Pax41 Music Time Machine you have a rent-free dacha in Mr Thumbdown’s brain! 😆
Dear Pax41 Music Time Machine,
Any chance of putting together extended playlists per decade or? How far back do you go? 1890's +/-?
Great music! Plus easy on the ears and understandable! There's many a fav but slow beat bongo's also come to mind.Thank you.
Sincerely,
Don Suiters
The channel has records dating back to about 1903 and up into the early 1940s. Due to copyright issues anything beyond 1945 is generally avoided. There are some longer playing posts from a couple years ago from when streams where done. That was discontinued for a variety of reasons, mainly the time and cost involved with doing those shows. There are a large number of grouped recordings in the playlist section of the channel as well. Many of the selections have been grouped by year and decade. Glad you are enjoying the channel TCD 👍🙂
side note, we have another much smaller channel called KPAX41 Music Of The 1930s and 1940s you might enjoy too.
Just what the doctor ordered in this dreary time! Especially liked 11 & 12 Rx!
Music is the best medicine for me Ed and glad you liked those. Selection 11 came from my friend Fred's vast collection.
I have donated $5.00 to your channel.
Thank you Patrick for your donation to the channel. It is greatly appreciated.
