Doses.... (Given to mother)
1) Spiramycin - 1gm PO 8hrly... Without food...
For confirmed cases...
#) Pyrimethamine - 50mg BD for first 2days... Then 50mg OD.
#) Sulfadiazine - 1.5 to 2 g PO BD
#) Leucovorine - 10 mg OD
First trimester confirmed case....
Only Sulfadiazine is given with Leucovorine......
