I always have a big grin when she's presenting because she's so funny, chill, competitive and you can really see the passion she has for horror. It's honestly inspiring. Ash is awesome i only ever subbed to what culture for her and jules they made that channel for me.. thanfully i made the jump to ps access when she joined and so glad i did i love the whole access team so much better then what culture
It's amazing how you can be excited about creating content focused on games and not be burned out by the professional part of it. I believe this is true passion, making lists of things to play and talk about while thinking "this is going to be so much fun!". My job is a lot less exciting - standard routine stuff, but I find great joy in doing exactly that and knowing that everything is in perfect order. Of course, I love video games too, with 30 years of gaming experience, but I fear I'd bite off more than I can chew if I ever made it my job.
Fascinating. I always felt the Access team was fairly "real" most of the time and Rob seemed to confirm that with his interview of being authentic, or, at the most, a heightened version of themselves. Now Ash is distinctly separating her as a person and her at work. Not that either approach is wrong, I just find it very interesting!

Like many others, Ive discovered Ash through her work with playstation. Shes a great addition to the team and its very enjoyable to watch her pieces. I enjoyed your interview and youve earned a sub, thank you!
I love these interviews, thank you for giving us this insight Ross! It was cool to hear Ash go into more depth on her love for horror and linking it to her anxieties. I've always felt this way about horror, it feels great to be anxious for a reason, it's almost like a form of mindfulness. Thank you again!
