Sure his car did some salto’s and what not. But you have to think about deceleration, which was not that big compared to other crashes I have seen.

The funny thing is that Toto got his way in the end, the FIA made all teams raise their car's ride height, and It only made Red Bull win every single race for the rest of the season

Interesting to watch in car camera shots of Mercedes at Saudi. They might tell everyone they have fixed porpoising, but that car is doing a lot of vertical movement as speed increases. Compare that to others and you can see a lot going on there.
Red Bull seems to adapt to whatever changes the FIA state and still win, Toto has ran out of options other than to make better cars/find better drivers for the future beyond 2025

Alpine never offered him a drive in 2023 until after the Alpine contract had expired and he'd already signed with McLaren. It was Piatri's only logical choice. Alpine really made a mess of the situation.
He never had an Alpine contract, he had to choose between maybe getting a drive at Williams vs going to McLaren and being guaranteed a drive - which ofc was a no-brainer.
Bruh he already had Mclaren contract before Alpine even offered him one. And unlike Alpine atleast Piastri have some integrity to honor the contract he signs.

But more importantly, both became pretty mediocre and then outright bad since the end of the V10 era, the last time those teams were competetive they were named BMW Williams and West McLaren Mercedes...

As a Red Bull fan, Piastri doesn’t deserve any bad karma. He simply chose the only option he had to guarantee a race sit in 2023. Alpine did nothing to secure him a sit prior to Alonso’s move and by then he had already signed a contract. Had he chosen McLaren for a better pay then yeah he should get some bad karma but he did what any rational person would do in his situation.
