I love the absorbtion mechanic aswell, everything about this mod seems amazing. But maybe add an aura and some sound effects so its not just him popping between forms?
WEll maybe not any ability, but like any kamehameha or spirit explosion like final explosion or his semiperfect self destruction could destroy him but build him back together as super perfect?
For the absorption I was thinking to show it going down the tail too. Like the anime where we see it travels all the way. Also I was thinking if Cell will have regenerations just like how he did after the instant transmission kamehameha of Goku. And if close to dying or just with an ability he can explode and come back as super perfect Cell. By looking at the video again I saw some abilities with similar names so I guess it will be done later, so hype man, good job really
Bro im astonished. This mod is one the best mods I ever seen and like i just got done watching all the remastered showcases with all the mechanics (stuff that even OFFICIAL dbz games don't have like beam clashing and all that stuff). One thing i would ask is there like scouters or if theres none, how do we tell how strong each character is? since there will be power levels and actual multipliers for each forms with mechanics relating to strength (ki blast doing less damage to stronger entities, beam clashing wins and ui goku dodge mechanic depending on how strong they are). Only suggestion (don't have to do this but optional for cosmetic purposes ig) is the ability to change each fighters strength and stuff cause that would be really cool for scenarios.
In my opinion, maybe the transform version of the fusion part has additional change time when it becomes fusion and maybe that will improve the mods even more
I’d say make it so Cell can use SSJ in most of his forms and SSJ2 in his perfect form. Cell uses SSJ and SSJ2 in the anime but there isn’t any design change so really just add the ssj and ssj2 aura you’ll be good.

Majin kamehameha which is normal kamehameha but only different colour which is pink 2.yellow ki blast OFC 3.yellow energy wace OFC 4.mass attack basically it's an move were buu use part of his stomach and stretch it and throw it at somebody ,how it works is when enabling it you should grab majin buu's hands and put it on his middle body and press f on his hand then there will be a mass of buu's in his hands if you wanna throw it on someone basically aim using hands and throw the mass by pressing f on the hands again when enemy is hit by his mass the mass will surround him and he'll be stuck his arms will freeze and majin buu can do whatever he wants with him 5.innocence breathe: how it works is when enabling it keep pressing f on buu's head he'll charge his breath(gathers his breathe and oxygen) and the more you hold f the stronger force and damage it will cause (it has limits of strength ofc ) when releasing it he will release a pink powerful breath that can push stuff so far away and cause alot of damage (depends of how much u kept pressing f ofc) 6.candy beam: you can make it work as cell tail basically give him a head tentacle that he has (can be ignored and it just shoots candy beam from head tentacle but not same way as cell tail) when someone gets shot by his candy beam he'll turn on 4 random of Candy's 1 the ball thing idk what u call it XD 2 a cake 3 chocolate 4 cookie Can be 1 or 2 but as you like And would be cool if Majin buu were able to eat them and he can return them to normal if he didn't eat them but shot them with candy beam again I'll write evil buu and super buu on the next comment to make it less complicated

when u fix ur pc heres an idea but idk if its possible to make it: if a character has a damaged version of thier clothes u can make it when certan body parts get to a certian point of hp the clothes switch to thier damaged skin and also when they heal the clothes dont fix but it isnt required
