in my opinion, the word "like" when used as a 'filler word' sort of context are a part of the language and what the speaker is trying to convey, similar to the tone of voice that its said in, and makes the conversation more casual which i actually think is more suitable for comentary videos on youtube obviously it's different for giving a formal presentation / speech it also makes certain words or ideas stand out when said after pausing or filler words

As someone who’s taken debate classes, the coach would have practices where you have to talk about a random topic for as long as you could without using filler words. The practice really showed how talking slower with pauses instead of filler words can make you seem more confident in what you’re talking about even if it was gibberish 😅

Just overall. It's also something that I've been trying to work on though, I'm not a content creator, but just as a person, I think it will give the impression that you are more well-spoken or confident.
