I agree with the addition of lawn men from New Zealand they are a late addition to my repertoire of lawn care, maintenance workers, simply for the variety of stuff they do😊😊😊

Excellent work George. I love how you do a section at a time, giving it 100% of your attention. Nothing gets overlooked. And you’re the only one who makes repairs to fences and gates. You remove all the grass and clippings. You tell us the various names of plants/bushes/trees. You are the best on RUclips.

Wow George! The tenant must be thrilled with everything you did. It's not a clean slate for them to decide which gardens to keep or not. It would be a huge amount of work to keep those roses and garden beds. I wonder if they will remove the one in the centre of the lawn? It will make it so much easier to just mow. I am super impressed by the view they have. What a beautiful countryside you have there. Nice work, anyway. A bit of rain and it will green up as quick as anything.

I'm a fan from a tropical country. I've watched many lawn care content on youtube, from US, UK, New zealand, Australia, some dudes in Vietnam, and one from Germany. So far you're still my favorite, because you do the work section by section and you clean as you go. And you tidy up random things you find in the yard. So perfect. Only thing that sometimes make me 😵 is when you prune or even chop away rose bushes. But you know what you are doing. 😊 Best of luck on your future projects..!

I think your statement about the time it takes is accurate, from my own experience, and I did quite a bit of yard work. It's also the tools, for example, edging can take forever without the right tools.

I’d been watching lots of lawn make-overs , mowing etc but George you really stand-out to all of them. They maybe have more subscribers than you do, but man you have better content compare to them. Always looking forward on your new videos George!

I'll never understand why people rent or buy places with garden if they are unable to take care of them. But glad to know that roses will regrow stronger than ever.
Wow, that was so great to watch! What a transformation! It seems like such a big backyard, and the view is really great, even if it is an urban view. Good idea to take out the old roses, even though it was a bit sad, but if they aren't getting cared for it's better that they are gone. I have never seen such a huge protea!! It was nice that you trimmed off the lower branches to make a bit of space underneath. I'd been thinking that what was needed was a huge, spreading sort of shade tree. I would absolutely LOVE to make use of those raised garden beds! They could have veges galore! That place could really be something but yeah, renters. 99% are not going to put in the effort to make it nice. If it takes you 12 hours, how do you do it? An 8 hour day plus another half or two lots of 6 hours or what? That was another fab job, George. Well done you.
This has been an excellent cleanup. I believe you did the right thing to take everything (almost) out. This will make it much easier for owner and tenants to keep this place neater and easier to keep up. Great job all the way around!!❤❤❤

So satisfying seeing all those old plants being removed. You’ve spoiled me. Hard to watch others that don’t even have a trailer so the debris stays on the property. That is not transforming the yard. It’s just mowing what they can reach. This new movers cut through hard branches and then they are left on the ground as some sort of mulch. Sad. You are the best. I love when the owners give you carte blanche to do what you know is right for the transformation.
