Well it's introduction to Scaramouche boss, so it's mixed of Inazuma + Rusia. Inazuma for Scharamouche background and Rusia for his title as harbinger.

It's technically in the 3.2 trailer as well, they just cut out Nahida + Layla's themes (and focused entirely on the Scaramouche Boss part) because the difference in the themes are way too dramatic to include everything
