You cleared the concepts in one day, which I have been struggling to understand since years. Watched your el nino la nina video as well. I always understood the circulation pattern but I could never understand its impact on India because the circulation pattern of el nino is same as Positive IOD and despite that, the effects of both are opposite on Indian monsoons. It is only when you explained Muscarine island concept that I could actually figure out the difference. None of the other videos I saw, gave that explanation. You’re an excellent teacher. Thank you.

Good class and presentation. One correction: The 30-60 days cycle doesn’t mean , MJO stays over Indian Ocean for 30-60 days. Rather it means , MJO can reappear the same part of Equatorial region after 30-60 days. In simple words, MJO completes one cycle of globe in 30 to 60 days .
