Miracle on 34th street, polar express are missing from your list, there are probably others but they are favs along with home alone 1 & 2 that we always watch 😁
Hot Frosty did not do it for me, my movie season starts and ens with The Nativity Story, truly a must see. You have some of my Faves on your list, and lots others I need to try. Great video!!
This is such a good idea! Im totally doing this today! I grew up with all of the claymation movies like Rudolph, Nester, Year Without a Santa Clause so they're near to my heart at Christmas time! Also, have to watch The Santa Clause (#1 at least, 2 & 3 if I have time)
I am the one who watches all the movies and sets up the itinerary for Christmas movies. I think I have watched about half of the ones you have here! I have a list going, noting which ones my family will watch without commentating too much. LOL
My Christmas movie faves: 1. Christmas vacation (a few times 😊) 2. ELF 🧝 3. Harry Potter 4. SCROOGED (it’s an 80’s movie with Bill Murray absolutely love!) 5. A Christmas story (P.S. your husband is right HILARIOUS!) These are staples and I just add as I go. Thank you for the inspiration
@thejoyfulsojourn it's to long in my opinion. I don't think I have made it through either time I've tried. But die hard is a Christmas classic to of a different kind. Very hard to find true spirit of the holiday ones that mention the Savior. Some hallmark ones do at least. I watch over 100 a year Christmas movies. One I'm looking forward to is a dance in the snow. About a girl with asbergers syndrome. My niece is also on the autism spectrum. And lifetime has a bebe winans movie. I recommend those two.
It's so funny because shortly after this video came out, my husband and I decided to put together a Christmas movie marathon list! This is so timely for me and SUCH a well done tracker!!! Love it! My faves are Home Alone, It's a Wonderful Life, and The Santa Claus. I love A Christmas Story but my husband hates it with a passion lol so we just skip it. I may watch it without him but probably won't. I also love the older TV movie "Borrowed Hearts" with the guy from Will and Grace and the actress from Touched By An Angel! May have to check out your recs too!
Love Santa, remember he was a real person, St. Nicholas. Love Rudolph and Frosty. Miracle on 34th street, (the newer and the older one), the list goes on and on…
Oh my gosh! I loved Hot Frosty! Had me giggling so much at midnight the day it came out. There's rumors of a sequel I think? Not sure if it really needs one, but I'll watch it if there is!
Hi @joyfulsojourn I have friends who are Messianic Jews. They already believe in Jesus. They celebrate what we in modern times call Jewish holidays. The Bible calls them His holidays or My holidays, never Jewish holidays. I am confused when you say your Mom came to belief in Jesus &;started following Christian traditions. The name Messianic Jewish already implies a belief in Jesus
Hi! Perhaps I didn’t give a proper explanation in the video, but I thought I said that? She is Jewish, then she became a Believer. Which makes her a Messianic Jew. I think the difference here is how our families translate that faith with traditions. Your friends may live it differently than mine and that’s awesome! Jesus loves us all the same regardless of the rituals ♥️
@ I heard you say she was a Messianic Jew, THEN she came to believe in Jesus. Meaning she didn’t believe in Him before, even though it was stated she was a Messianic before she believed in Jesus. That’s the part that confuses me.
@@abriannamiller2164I don’t think I would have said that because it’s inaccurate info, but if I did, I’m sorry for the confusion! I guess that’s what happens when I’m talking and working/decorating at the same time 😂
@ I understand. I know it seems like I am nit picking but with Messianic Jewishness words are important. I don’t want anyone to add to the confusion already out there about Messianics. It is hard enough for them already.
my all time fave is Christmas movie is Muppets Christmas Carol lol
yesssss!!! i need to get that on the list!!
Miracle on 34th street, polar express are missing from your list, there are probably others but they are favs along with home alone 1 & 2 that we always watch 😁
We’ve never seen Miracle on 34th and my husband said last night he wanted to, so it’s going on the list!
Hot Frosty did not do it for me, my movie season starts and ens with The Nativity Story, truly a must see. You have some of my Faves on your list, and lots others I need to try. Great video!!
Agreed with Nativity Story!! And Hot Frosty was only hard for me because I didn’t like Frosty’s face 🤐
Love The Family Stone and The Holiday! For sure they are sleepers.
Hi Elizabeth! Love your videos and fun setups ❤
Thank you!!

I have a hard time with the claymation ones but they are classic! And so is the Santa Clause, I need to add that!

I would never have thought Harry Potter for Christmastime but now that you mention it…🤔🤔
eight gifts of hanukkah is a really cute hallmark movie. 💙
Ooo thank you!
Santa Claus is a family favorite.
The Santa Claus with Tim Allen?? That’s good one too!
I'm surprised it's a wonderful life is on your list to watch. To all a good night was good.
Ah I want to love it because it is a classic, and I LOVE classic movies! But it never keeps my attention 🤐

I love this!
Thanks!!
" It’s a Wonderful Life" from 1946 with James Stewart is such a lovely Christmas movie. I highly recommend this movie.
Absolute classic!

I thought it had a lot of good little laughs! My struggle was Frosty's face, it was so skinny!
@thejoyfulsojourn 🤣 I have to agree!
