Wait a minute! The bankruptcy laws were created by congress--a federal body--so that companies could protect themselves. To file bankruptcy is legal--regardless of the intent, which was not addressed by congress. And another FEDERAL agency is crying foul because a company is using a legal avenue to protect itself. I say bravo to J&J for protecting itself regardless of how I feel or how the economically and legal illiterates feel.

yeah this is ethically disgusting but legally interesting. on this one i’m too ignorant of rich legal knowledge, and am biased i guess towards the moral argument towards NOT poising pregnant woman and children..
