what's in the jar of lubricant/oil? I'd like to do this myself.. not sure what lube/oil to use though
If you mean the small glass jar for bearings it is only lighter fluid to clean. A good oil is Singer sewing machine oil... very light and clean.

The new AO 620 have a plastic inner race. Which will weaken more quickly over time. If the current AO 620 were still all metal, I would use them.
Why do you pierce the wheels?
Also I thought the torque tuned motor would have a lower top speed than the Rev tuned.
