1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 to 2 tbsp. Butter
1 c. Diced Yellow Onion
4 cloves (Large) Garlic, Minced
1/3 c. All-purpose Flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 c. Beef Broth
1/2 c. Half and half
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Great video. I love tater tot casserole and in my opinion only, it did look a little juicy but I've never eaten a tater tot casserole I did 't like!!! Yours looks like it was delicious as well.
