Because FTR9 are equivalent of IN14?
BYD12 = AT17
BYD/FTR 11 = AT16
FTR10 & 10+ = IN/AT15
FTR 9 & 9+ = IN/AT14
while LAB is yeah, IN12

Maybe arcaea wanted it to be fairer cuz they got DF the latest boss song of phigros while phigros only got pragres.
