What are your most underrated performances from Chuang 2021?? After we recorded and posted this, we realized we wished we had done one underrated performance per stage and included The Adventure or NaNa Party - both SO amazing and also underrated! But here we are haha. Still three beautiful and underrated groups!

Fix me was so good! Li Luoer did great job in this stage. I believe he could pass the elimination if the start of voting were after on-air.(you know the deadline of voting was just a day after on-air.) And I love the Adventure! I’ve rewatched it 50 times.
Totally agree on Li Luoer! I kind of wish voting was actually done that way, like beginning after on-air. There's definitely a few people we didn't notice until the second stage and wish we could have voted for more. And YESS on the Adventure, I feel that so much haha. -KJ

Totally agree about Girl! I think at a glance it doesn't read as a very competitive performance, but as a group they nailed it. I'm sad I didn't pick out Yu Gengyin back then, but when I rewatched old performances and saw him in Girl, how could I have missed that beautiful smile??

We've watched some "werewolf" episodes but not all of them!! that's hilarious though 😂 it was through some of the vlogs and the fact that everyone always went to FSC for help in mixing music that we started to notice and love him. I recently showed CHUANG to my friends and I totally agree with your underrated picks! I would also add Loverboy88/Radio as an 'underrated' performances, as in if you like one of them you tend to forget the other. So, I'd say they can both be considered underrated depending on your preference. Lin Mo completely sold Loverboy88 to me and everyone in Radio was performed perfectly (so sad Gu Luilin was eliminated as I thought he performed well but he didn't get much screentime). I also really liked RISE by Bo Yuan, Yu Gengyin, He Yifan, and Dai Shaodong in their debut performance. 1) I can't believe they performed a League of Legends song and I play League 2) Bo Yuan and Yu Gengyin really nailed the high notes.
Your thoughts on Loverboy88/Radio are spot on!! That's such a great way to describe that battle. We put them both in our "Top 5 Performances" video because we love them both so much, BUT, we loved Loverboy88 the most for quite some time. We're all big Lin Mo fans and his performance in that was just everything! Then we grew to love Oscar more and more throughout the season so we went back and watched Radio and we were like, wait...this was actually absolutely amazing too! You're right, they did it just perfectly! It was definitely the underrated one for us for a while. RISE was also amazing!! What a rockstar group to come in together! They really were some of the most technically strong of the whole show. and League of Legends just added to that fantastic-ness so much haha.
Lin Mo is just such a talent! He can do it all and each of his stages showed his immense talent in a completely different area. From singing/dancing in Loverboy88, rapping in Feng Ding, emotional singing in 3rd stage, emotional dancing in the final stage - you're just constantly surprised by him. Not to mention he has a hilarious personality. What more can you ask for? And yeah many of my friends questioned why a 20-somethings straight guy would watch an idol show haha. But there's just so many diverse trainees, not to mention the amazing/hilarious/shady editing and focus on friendships rather than drama - all these really make CHUANG 2021 special.
