What happens if there are no spare tool available after the 10 runs? Will the machine stop as a result of the alarm?

      Hi Ronny,
The machine can be set up to act however you'd like.
On a Pro 6 machine Makino parameter 1034 will allow you to choose if the machine alarms and stops, only displays a warning, or does nothing. There are other options under this parameter that can be changed as well, like indicating which M codes the machine can safely alarm on if the situation you mentioned were to occur.
      Thanks for the question

Got a Makino a81nx at work with pro 6. Is it posible to refill the tool life automatically when you clear the tool life warning? It did work like that in the older pro5 Makino. Now its easy to forget to refill manually. Not a big problem but would be good.
