Baby Apeach Songpyeon! -Ari Kitchen(아리키친)

I used Hatssalmaru White songpyeon mix that I bought online~
I steamed songpyeons using electric steamer and moist cloth. If you don't have them, use pot and trivet and paper foil(parchment paper).
How to make Pink Songpyeon
1. use cactus songpyeon mix
2. use food coloring
3. mix cactus powder and food coloring
According to the songpyeon mix manual I used, you add cold water, make paste first to see pink better, then add powder little by little.
I recommend you take off some paste and add the color powder and mix, then put the mixed paste into the whole paste.
Ingredients:
about 8 pieces of baby Apeach songpyeon
1 songpyeon mix + 270ml water
cactus powder
food coloring (pink, red)
cocoa powder
steamer/pot
moist cloth or parchment paper
