请问鸿师傅，煮汤用那Dutch Pot 和普通汤锅有何分别吗？谢谢。
I tried your recipe, but used large cut pork neck bones instead of ribs. This recipe worked!! Next time, I would save half of the puree and add it 5 minutes before serving for added fragrance. Nice Dutch oven by the way.

Hi. The watercress make into juice so is the vitamin lost in the process?
Want nutrition no lost just puree the fress vege and drink green smoothies. Vege boil long time ouree or not sure lost nutrition. But flavour nice.
