Just because you're a saint, it doesn't mean you aren't allowed to relax! Really, the bigger problem here might be hypocrisy, if she's trying to pretend she acts the same way when she's alone that she does when there are other people there.
It's not hypocrisy she's just trying to have a nap and doesnt meet people unrealistic literal perfect perception of her, but you could only call it deceptive it would only be hypocrisy if she expected the same perfect standards of others while not living up to them.
If she's going to keep doing that, she should invest in a cushion at the very least, or she's going to wind up with all kinds of back and joint pain.
